Welcome to Yoga Central! We are Knoxville’s newest yoga studio, located minutes from downtown. We offer a wide range of class types and times to meet you where you are at in your practice. Our team of highly qualified instructors is passionate about their students and eager to lead you in a practice that honors mind, body, and breath. We’ll see you on the mat!
